Technology continues to evolve every day. With the inclusion of artificial intelligence, the transition to autonomous vehicles seems set to accelerate rapidly. We have been pondering whether some professions might come to an end due to AI, and Tesla’s upcoming announcements may bring this question back to the forefront. The date for Tesla’s self-driving taxis, known as Robotaxi, has been set, and invitations have been sent out. Here are the details…
Tesla Robotaxi to be Unveiled on October 10
Recent reports indicate that Tesla has sent invitations for the Robotaxi event to selected shareholders and members of the press. The event, titled “We, Robot,” will introduce Tesla’s new Robotaxi model. The vehicle, designed to operate as a self-driving taxi, has already revealed many details.
Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, has made the advanced model of autonomous driving a major focus, with the Robotaxi initially set to be unveiled at an event on August 10, but the date has now been postponed to October 10, and invitations have begun to be sent out.
The cover of the invitation features the slogan “We, Robot,” and the invitation reads:
“Join us for We, Robot, our official launch where the future of independence will be unveiled.”
Details about the design and specifications of the Robotaxi are still scarce. In terms of design, it may resemble the Cybertruck with its broad usability. Additionally, back in April, the application’s interface was revealed, allowing users to call a taxi, track the vehicle, adjust settings, and more.
So, what do you think about this? Do you believe it will be popular? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.
